Cordance today announced its acquisition of Neatoscan, Inc. of Oakdale, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Cordance offerings in the market by leveraging the unique strengths of each of these companies. Founded in 2005, Neatoscan offers advanced barcode scanning and inventory management solutions to enable supply chain management for resellers. Founded in 2017, Upright Labs provides an innovative multi-channel listing tool and complementary inventory tools coupled with high-impact services to empower online reselling.

The combined entity will offer a comprehensive suite of solutions to secondhand online retailers, including multi-channel listings, book reselling tools, and supply chain management. These capabilities are coupled with implementation and advisory services that help resellers and secondhand thrift stores improve operations, increase sales, and achieve growth.

"I've witnessed the impact that these solutions have on our customer's operations firsthand," Cordance CEO Sharon Love states. "The combined capabilities of Neatoscan and Upright Labs enable us to realize our vision of providing a comprehensive reselling solution for collectibles, books, and the broad range of products that secondhand online retailers provide to their customers. These retailers have an important role to play in our communities, and we are pleased to expand our support of their missions and sustainability initiatives."

By joining forces, we create the industry's leading secondhand retail technology platform coupled with hands-on support when you need it. I am excited about the possibilities that this brings to our business and believe it will undoubtedly provide our clients with an unmatched e-commerce and customer experience," says Andy Heitke, Neatoscan co-founder.
