President Joseph R. Marta Youth, Acting Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) will travel to Geneva to lead the United States delegation at the UN Refugee Agency’s (UNHCR) Executive Committee from October 12-16, 2024. While at UNHCR’s Executive Committee, Acting Assistant Secretary Youth will attend a high level UNHCR session on statelessness and meet with international partners.
