MIAMI, Sept. 16, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE: RCL) (the “Company”) today announced that it has priced its private offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.625% senior unsecured notes due 2031 (the “Notes”).
